Watch the Outbox After Pause

Ask a vendor to queue a renewal email in a sample account, then press Pause before it sends. Give it a minute, then check the outbox and customer record.

The screen may say the agent stopped while a request it already handed to the mail system is still moving. I want the demo to show what happens next. Show the process owner the pause timestamp, the pending actions, and the final state of each one. Let them do it without calling an engineer.

Who cancels work that’s already in another system? If the vendor can’t show me, I wouldn’t give the agent a live customer account.
